What signing in actually asks of you

You enter the email address or mobile number you registered, then your password, and we check it in a second or two. If your device already remembers you, the screen skips ahead and drops you at your last table. Forgotten passwords come back through a single recovery link sent to the same number or inbox, and that link stays live for a

short window. After that, your balance, your pending withdrawals and your saved chips are waiting.

Accepted payment context for Pakistan

The chips you set up before you log in are the same ones waiting after it, so your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet is never re-entered by...

Signing in across app, mobile and desktop

The login screen looks the same everywhere, but what happens afterwards differs by device. The phone app keeps you signed in, a desktop browser asks again, and mobile...

Android app
Signs in once and keeps the session warm until you sign out, so returning to the lobby is a single tap. New handsets still trigger the usual email alert.
iPhone and iPad app
The same one-tap return as Android, with the code check applied when you install on a second device. Fingerprint or face unlock can replace typing your password.
Mobile browser
Asks for your password on each fresh visit unless you tick the remember option, which suits a handset you share at home. The lobby loads in the same tab.
Desktop browser
Wider tables and quicker typing, though the session expires sooner than on mobile. Useful when you want the sportsbook and a live table open side by side.
Tablet
Stretches the same login across a larger screen without asking for a code every time. Handy for live dealer tables where the cards need the extra room.
Shared or cafe PC
Always sign out when you finish, because the timeout only starts once the tab goes idle. Clearing the browser history on the way out adds another layer.
Patchy connection
On a weak signal the check can take a few extra seconds, so let the button finish before tapping again. The app on mobile data gives a steadier sign-in.

Questions about logging in

Your registered email address or Pakistani mobile number, plus your password. That is the whole list. The sign-in box sits beside the lobby, wallet and sportsbook links.

Tap the reset link under the password box and we send a one-time code to your registered number. Choose a new password from there, because the link expires quickly.

New devices get an extra check so a copied password is not enough on its own. After the first successful sign-in from that handset, the code stops appearing.

Yes, on the handset you first registered. Sign out by hand and the next launch asks for your password again before the lobby loads up.

Same account, same password, same lobby behind it. Anything you change in one place, including your saved chips, appears in the other on the next sign-in.

Sessions close automatically after a stretch of inactivity, which is why a tab left open overnight asks again in the morning. Enter your password to reopen it.

Only if you leave the session open. Sign out from the account menu when you finish, then check the device list and remove anything you do not recognise.
